Project Status

Tower 1 and 2 have been completed and all apartments in them have been sold.

Tower 3 is at this moment in construction phase. There are still four apartments available for sale on this tower.

Security

Security is an advantage of Valle Arriba. Valle Arriba Condominiums has only one entrance/exit, which is permanently manned by a guard, who controls the entrance and exit of all persons and vehicles.

All apartments have an intercom which allows for communication between apartments or with the guardhouse.
